Yesterday I shot a wonderful craftsman in Willow Glen. It’s new construction with a fabulous floor plan. The living room and formal dining are in the front of the house. The kitchen and family are near the backyard.
I love that the kitchen is open to the large family room—perfect for keeping an eye on little ones when cooking dinner and a way to be in the center of the action with the teenagers.
I know staging doesn’t come with the home—but the stagers did a great job. The colors were fresh and fun! I’m betting this home won’t be on the market long. You can find the whole virtual tour here.

This California style ranch is in a great neighborhood. Perfect for a young family—since it is situated right across from a wonderful park. It has 3 bedrooms and one bath. The hardwood floors and the red brick fireplace bring so much warmth to the generous living room. The large picture window has a superb view of the park. The backyard is very spacious and has a concrete path circling the yard. I wish I had one of those when my kids were toddlers riding their little tyke bikes! 
This home has a small vineyard, wine cellar, guest house and multiple verandas. And, let’s not forget the 12 car garage. And, no that’s not a typo. Calling all car collectors this one’s for you! The garage is completely finished with a black and white checkerboard floor.
There is nothing like a good view in Silicon Valley—from the city lights of downtown San Jose to the canopies of the Shoreline ampitheater—and this place has got it all. I had the pleasure of shooting during the day and returning at dusk for the spectacular city light show. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with lots of extras including top of the line appliances. This is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that has lots of extras, including a sauna and wine storage. The backyard is up against a large open space where the wildlife is abundant. So, I can imagine sitting on the back deck enjoying the meandering deer, heading to the sauna and then over to the wine storage to pick out something to sip while watching the magnificent view.
