I guess maybe I’m the only one that doesn’t like what they did to the house — at least not from the outside. I spend enough hours of my day looking at old houses to know that the “before” was infinitely better-looking.

The interior is certainly beautiful, though!

What a beautiful home. It must have been a huge project to raise the ceiling heights! The kitchen and master bathroom are particularly beautiful. Do you know what kind of black granite they used?

I like the fact that the designer pushed them beyond their comfort level. The designer I used on my home 12 years ago did this for me, and 12 years later I still love all of the fabrics that she picked out, and all of the styles on the window treatments.
