I just love this story. I’m happy to say that Manuel has reinvigorated me in my attempt to purchase a similarly forlorn but spectacular Victorian house… just a few blocks away. I’m looking forward to being neighbors! I hope I can stop by for tea and sympathy

Manuel has done an amazing job on restoring and maintaining this beautiful home. He really is an inspiration to the Hensley Historic District and to many other owners of Victorians in downtown San Jose.

Thank you for bringing all your fan’s into an incredible house!For many years I have admired and admired the care that this house has received and just knew someone very special had to live in and love this wonderful house. I was so excited to see the detail on the interior and how well loved it is even on the inside.
